The South Florida Homes Team contacted Automated Marketing, Inc. to create marketing pieces that could be used with their new team. Specifically, they were looking for marketing to help them inform their clients and prospects about the local real estate market. The South Florida Homes Team also redesigned a van that they use to show their clients homes in style. Automated Marketing, Inc. created pieces that complimented the team’s dynamic logo and color scheme. Automated Marketing, Inc. designed several pieces to meet the team's goals:

  • Just Listed Magazine Template: Magazine that is sent to current clients and neighbors in the area of the listing. The magazine showcases one property and also advertises other current homes for sale and the team’s buyer and seller services.

  • Neighborhood Report Template: The Neighborhood Report is a two page letter that is sent to prospects detailing homes that have sold in their neighborhood and market trends in their area. The team’s listings are also featured on the back page.

  • Prospecting Postcards: We created 3 different postcard styles for prospecting to potential clients. The postcards highlighted the team as well as their showing van.

  • Holiday Card: We manipulated the logo for a holiday postcard greeting. Santa hats were placed on the people in the logo and a snowman was placed on the back of the postcard

  • Van Email: This email was sent to the current database announcing the acquisition of the van for showing purposes.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with The Max Team at RE/MAX Results to enhance their current brand. We accomplished this by:

    • Creating a custom logo for the team

    • Redesigning their short sale postcard campaign with updated logos, graphics and verbiage.

    • Expanding their short sale postcard campaign from 2 postcards to 8 postcards.

    • Redesigning their short sale flyers with updated verbiage, graphics and layout.

    • Creating an email newsletter campaign for their current client database.


    We also created a custom website for The Max Team. They were using their company template website and we created a custom website based on their business practices: www.maxgygi.com

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Gay Hayward of Century 21 Kennedy, Ryan, Monigal & Associates, to develop custom marketing pieces geared towards her area of expertise. Gay wanted to focus on the GLBT community, seniors, first time home buyers and Chicago's Woodlawn neighborhood. Automated Marketing created custom marketing pieces to showcase Gay's real estate services at the LCCP Ball in Chicago as well as in the local Chicago Free Press Newspaper. The Realtor was also lacking a web presence and wanted more than her company's template. Automated Marketing, Inc. created a custom website based on the Realtor's areas of expertise.

    Automated Marketing worked with Mike Lattery, Vice President and Mortgage Consultant at Advisor's Mortgage, LLC. Mike was looking for a marketing company that would help him with his own personal marketing and the marketing for the company. To meet Mike's goals, Automated Marketing worked on the following projects:

    • Created postcards that were informative and eye catching. The postcards were sent to Mike's database on a bi-monthly basis to increase his repeat and referral business.

    • Created custom marketing flyers and emails to keep the Mortgage Consultant's name in front of his business partners. Marketing tools were created to present Mike as an industry expert to his business partners.

    • We developed a recruiting campaign for new Mortgage Consultants based on the company's slogan: The Right Move.

    • We created an several email and letter campaigns utilizing the company's software. The campaigns were instrumental in converting prospects to clients, staying in touch with current clients and keeping business partners informed regarding their clients' loans. Automated Marketing, Inc. trained all local offices on the software and how to implement each campaign.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with the Fine & Dille Team of Edina Realty to bring a unique marketing perspective to their listings. We created a custom brochure to highlight a listing in a highly sought after area in the Twin Cities' market. The emphasis of the brochure was to show what could be done with the land, the cost of the tear down of the existing property and options from a custom home builder in the local area. We also created a custom email marketing template to showcase four seperate listings. The goal was to maximize exposure to local Realtors and bring more showings to the properties. We accomplished this goal by including property photos, descriptions and listing price.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Mortgage Consultant, Gary Evans, to create co-advertising opportunities with his business partners. Our goal was to maximize exposure for the Mortgage Consultant and the business partner. We did this by creating documents that provided educational information to potential client and highlighting each person and their company.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Mortgage Consultant, Mike Zahler on various projects to stay in front of his clients, prospects and business partners. Our goal was to keep Mike's clients and business partners informed of the latest news and changes in the mortgage industry. We accomplished this goal by utilizing custom brochures, emails and postcards.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Realtor, Mark Jelinek of Edina Realty to develop custom marketing pieces. We designed a brochure about Mark's background and current services as an agent to be distributed to prospects. We also created a sales letter that he distributed to his sphere of influence highlighting his success as a Realtor.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Mortgage Consultant Lynn Mittelsteadt to advertise her message across three different mediums. To keep her name in front of Realtors and business partners, we developed an email with interest rate and mortgage information. We created several postcards and newsletters to educate her current clients and finally developed a newspaper ad for Lynn's local newspaper.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Premier Mortgage of Rochester, MN to stay in touch with their current database to generate repeat and referral business. We accomplished this goal by creating and sending a series of timed postcard that were eye catching and educational. These simple postcards generated many closed transactions for the company.

    Automated Marketing, Inc. worked with Jim Reinke of Advisor's Mortgage to prospect to first time home buyers. We created a 3 week postcard campaign that was sent to apartment communities in his farm area. Our goal was to educate prospects on the Mortgage Consultant, the mortgage company and reassure them that buying a home is a good investment.

We created a custom brochure and newsletter advertisement to bring in new business. We created a low interest rates postcard and a custom birthday card to stay in touch with past clients.
