Who uses Automated Marketing?

Automated Marketing’s clients are small business owners and salespeople who do not have the time, skills, desire or resources to create their own marketing materials.

What makes Automated Marketing “automated?”

We help you create marketing tools that can be implemented automatically.  We like creating referral marketing campaigns, drip email campaigns, postcard campaigns and anything that can easily be set up to run on it’s own.  Our goal is to make your marketing automated so you only have to worry about running your business and working with your clients!

Why should I outsource my marketing projects?

Outsourcing your marketing projects is less expensive then hiring a full time or even a part time employee.  We work on a per project basis so you don’t have to worry about paying payroll taxes, benefits or worry about what to do with an employee after the marketing projects are completed.

If you are currently creating your own marketing projects you can outsource the projects to us and free up your time to do what you do best—running your business!

I have a marketing project that I would like to do but don’t see it listed under services on your website. Can you still help me with it?

Absolutely!  We are open to all new ideas and will work with you to complete your unique project.

How do I tell you about my project?

We do project consultation via email, phone or personal meeting. For many projects email communication works well and can save you a lot of time!

How do you determine the cost for each project?

Automated Marketing charges per project based on the time involved and level of technical degree.  We review your marketing project with you and will give you a quote for you to approve before we begin working on your project.

When we work on your project we will use a timer and let you know when we are getting close to the agreed upon hours. At that point you can authorize us to continue with the project and exceed the original hours limit or stop and stay within the original agreement.

How do I pay you for projects or a marketing plan?

We do all of our invoicing online through PayPal.  PayPal accepts credit and debit cards as well as checking accounts.  To learn more about PayPal click here.

How long does it take you to complete my project?

Automated Marketing is your marketing solutionEach project is different so it depends on the scope of the project.  Typically postcard and flyer design take 1-2 days whereas something more technical like creating HTML emails can take up to 3-4 days to complete.  Before beginning your project we will let you know the time in which you can expect to receive your finished marketing piece.  If you need a rush project completed we can accomadate you for an additional fee.

Absolutely!  Internet marketing is here to stay and we will help you get on the marketing train.  We will speak to you in every day language, not “geek speak” so you have a complete understanding of how to spend your advertising dollars online.  We specialize in helping small business owners and salespeople get their names out on the world wide web!

Does email marketing really work?

Yes, you really do need to get involved with one or more of these sites and participate in social networking. Technology is moving at the speed of light and these days social networking is where people are “gathering” and are receiving marketing messages. Do the pictures and graphics show up when I send the email and not little red x’s where the pictures are supposed to be?

Yes! Automated Marketing, Inc. hosts all of the photos and graphics contained in the newsletter and can guarantee that all photos will show up. Your clients will still have to click to allow pictures to show up but that is standard email guidelines.
